Your access and use of the public website (the “Website”) and the private portal which requires registration to be accessed (the “Private Portal”, and together with the Website, the “Platform”) located at champlainhcw.portal.gs. Pursuant to an arrangement between the Royal Ottawa Health Care Group and Greenspace Mental Health Ltd., the Platform is made available by Greenspace Mental Health Ltd. for use by the Royal Ottawa Health Care Group, its subsidiaries, employees, contractors and patients. By creating an account, you are agreeing to comply with the terms of the Agreement that have been agreed to by the Royal Ottawa Health Care Group.
